Go for disabled girls.
I mean like blind girls, deaf girls, ones in wheelchairs, etc.
They look cute and there aren't many men fighting over them.
=> Low standards?
Now the biggest perc:
You can make them dependent on you.
For example, a blind girl will need your assistance to survive.
She can't leave you if she needs you.
To speed up the process, ruin her relationship with everyone besides you, so she literally only has you by her side.
Then maybe you could make her less independent by hiding some stuff she needs and let her search for it, when she gave up on doing it herself you just give it to her.
