if adderal, Ritalin and other stimulants cause your balls to shrink because of vasoconstriction and it lasts for 4-12 hours (1-x3 daily). how can that not cause worse sperm quality? imagine people take these things everyday for years. I dont believe it doesnt worsen sperm quality.
