My chronic illnesses only get worse
My self hatred only grows
I become uglier by the second
Neurodivergency has wiped out all hope of ever finding love
Ppl will tell you its not worth it they haven't thought about it like i have why would I choose to suffer and be a fucking cuck to mother nature when I could just be in full blown neutrality
