I just worked out my shoulder and did stretches everyday for like 2 years. Fixed it kind of but some dude messed it up when he hit me in the shoulder and it’s been like that ever since.

Hasn’t hurt recently but doing shoulders has helped even though it’s the tendons

I have seperate ones. Muscles I just do cabled lateral raisers with a cuff and then archer pulls on the cable.

For actually helping my shoulder I don’t remember the exact name but I slowly do one arm around the back to the front. Also like laying on the floor “swimming”. And then also putting both arms behind my back and stretching my shoulders forward (higher up you arms are behind your back the better)
