I am somewhat of a gymcel and I want to get bigger without gaining crazy face fat and bloat.

Is this even possible? I'm too afraid to actually eat more and put on more size because I already struggle with face fat right now. Will I just have to starvemaxx forever and become a skeleton?

you don’t need to bulk to get bigger. bulking always leads to excess fat gain, especially in the face. the best way to grow is by eating at maintenance while training hard. as you build muscle, your maintenance calories naturally increase over time. unless you’re at an unhealthily low weight, ‘bulking’ just isn’t necessary. you don’t have to starvemaxx. just stay consistent, eat enough to support your training, and let the progress come gradually.

Don’t do it I did and it fucked me up, yeah I’m bigger, stronger, faster now but I’m a fat fuck, it’s not worth it
