Incel khhv opinion to not take that much seriously : It all depends on whenever both partners feel safe to engage in sexual activities. I believe there should have a certain level of complicity, trust and communication before engaging in healthy sex and isn't the same for all couple, 1 partner can be ready quickly while the other can be more shy/conservative.
