u sure youre measuring It right? 30 sounds way too off ideal is like 0.46, well If u did cut your medial canthus It would make your eyes seem a little closer together but i dont think its worth the risk
u could get box osteotomy but its also risky + If youre a woman a wide ipd isnt that much of a failo, u can just use makeup to make It seem less noticeable

canthus cutting is kinda stupid imo. Ofc it’s a high risk high reward type thing but you’d have to cut it over and over again and have many different sessions bc it heals. There’s a chance u can get an infection too.
