Should I drop out of uni?

I’d say stay obviously and get a degree, but you’ve said multiple times that you hate it and want to leave. If you have the money, go and travel first, although you are risking your chance of getting in again. If you don’t have the money, stay and finish out your degree. It’s your life bro, live it well and happily.

no one likes engineering. its almost a given. you just persevere and come to love it in the future.

@ey88 i hate actually doing the degree but it is rewarding to do well. especially since we both do EE, its often regarded as the toughest. you cant see electron transfer unlike a mechanical eng who can visualise all hinges or whatever other mechanism interests him.

I’m dropping the fuck out and selling everything and becoming a free bird and travelling the world until I run out of money and then I will come home and get a job in the oilfield until I have enough money to raise a family with @huntergirl

You'll probably not be able to do anything in this field anyway because your mentality itself is like that. Plus, it's good that there will be fewer people like you, so there will be less saturation in entry-level positions lol.
