I've been sleeping for like max 6 hours (usually it's 3) everyday for the past... 4 months.. will sleeping more help me look better?
Also does anyone have any tips for falling asleep faster? Whenever I try to go to sleep early I just can't fall asleep no matter how hard I try 😒

8 hours is just what 'most' people need, it does necessarily mean you need it. I assume 3 hours is too little for anyone, but if you're not showing signs exhaustion and none of your health indicators are effected, then you can keep doing as you are.

Statistically speaking, getting so little rest does likely effect you and your appearance, but you're also young so I'm not sure exactly what the depth of the effect would be in your case. I suggest trying to sleep at least 5-6 hours every night if you can, instead of 3.
