Should I sleep thru the day and continue my terrible sleep schedule or thug it out for one day

I switched shifts with my co worker so I don’t have to work till 5 tonight, that gives me time for a 4 hour nap but idk. I don’t wanna lose my gains by keeping this up

get like 30 mins of sleep before your shift i heard it makes you more energetic

No im like 3 months sober it’s part of the reason I can’t tolerate my job anymore
 
You gotta put the gains first
