Discussion should i use hydrocortisone cream on my nose?

I have a wider alar width and semi flared nostrils would hydrocortisone help with this?

it depends, you can only use it on the nose tip, won’t do anything from the middle and top really as the skin there is already relatively thin, if you want to use it for just the tip go ahead

Depends.. look at your genetics, hydrocortisone only works for inflammation. If you genetically have a bulbous nose than it won't do anything. And the most it can do is skin thinning but with that comes a great risk of steroid dependence. I would just look into something else if you naturally just have a bulbous nose. But if you think it's actual inflammation then definitely use it
