I tried that but it was around the time I was coping with my Norwood 😢 now I'm just using Nizoral every 3 days for scalp protection against mushrooms + proven ketoconazole effects against male pattern baldness and conditioner every 2 days.

It's normal the hair fall out after the end of its cycle, on average you lose about 100 and 150 hairs each day if I remember correctly. Is there an area where you notice that hair loss is accelerated ?

You absolutely should write about this this topic is really overlooked. It's especially good that you mentioned shampoo personally, I stopped using shampoo three years ago and have been using eggs instead. The difference is truly incredible. A guide series with these kinds of concrete and natural alternatives would be very interesting and useful
