Waking up early: better planning, less stress, more productive hours. Spend 30mins journaling, reading or planning your day

Making your bed: psychological win. Boring but works

Doing courses : strategic courses build skills faster than random YouTube videos ever will .

Daily reading: reading 10-15mins a day. Expands vocabulary, improves focus, sparks new ideas 15mins a day ->10-12 books a year

Drinking enough water : improves focus , energy and even mood

Walking daily: improves mental and physical health . Boots creativity and problem solving

Gratitude practice: writing down 1-3 things your grateful for (your body works for you, having shelter, water, access to internet) helps rewire your brain on focusing on positive stuff

Consistent sleep schedule. Sleep is the foundation everything else builds on

Cleaning for just 2 mins a day : helps a lot and prevents chaos build up

Planning tomorrow today

Stretching before bed : helps sleep better , reduces aches, less pain and better posture

These might seem silly but genuinely help sm try doing all for 45 days and come back with and update

I hope this helped in some way !😊
