Skin bumps + Face structure

Good Evening everyone, I hope you've all had great days.

My concern today is with these little bumps that have been appearing on my face recently this summer. I have no idea what I did to cause them to appear, they aren't hyperpigmentation or pimples either. I honestly have no idea where they came from and what to do about them so if anyone knows anything could them could you please give me some information about them and how to deal with them

In addition if anyone knows how to get a really good face structure for men, could you please tell me too

Just a skin texture issue azaelic acid and similar acid/serums can help. For face structure there's not much you can do other than orthopedics and surgery
