DNR if you’re sensitive!!

1. people see you as average. want to change that? then put the fork down and stop making excuses

2. deprivation, not moderation. stop allowing yourself to have sweets or greasy food. you should be disgusted by em, as much as others are disgusted by your fat ass wobbeling around

3. it's a calorie LIMIT, not a calorie GOAL. it's rlly fat of you to try and fit in every last calorie

4. stop blaming. no one is forcing you to open your mouth, stop blaming others for your fatty behavior

5. "low calorie" snacks add up. whether it's a greasy cheeseburger or an excessive amount of rice cakes, it's still 500 cals.

6. if you're able bodied you need to actually reach your step goal. stop getting 1-3k steps and then whining that you're not losing. like... obviously not

7. quit having "I’ll restart tomorrow" moments. it's embarrassing and halts progress. you're just trying to justify your binges

Ur acting like there’s two body types a land whale and a bag of bones only incels find hot. Theres no allure to a bony physique like yours, ideally women have some fat in their ass, tits and are slim with a small waist. U literally look infertile but incels with low test hormones can’t detect stuff normally

It does exist a lot of models get told they’re too skinny both male and female. The reason super skinny can work is cause they are tall and good bones or doing edgy stuff
 
I meant modelling not attractiveness
models are always tall unless the product is their face only. Tall and skinny sure it’s hot, short and skinny is like a third world subhuman trait. Only appeals for weak men who will never feel strong with any other average female
