I have a pretty inhuman asymmetry from the front and seriously considering bimaxxing. Rate my skull. What else could I fix surgically. I have horrible eye hollows (consistently get comments about how I look like I haven't slept) so I know my infras are recessed to hell. What measurements can I take to consider viability. I have 3 consultations with OMFS set up.

Bimax is an overreach, JFA implants should be enough, locate whether your problem with hollow eyes is caused by lack of tat tissue or bone, or both jfl
Then get accordingly infra inplants and fat grafts (my preference)
