Low amount of migrants, good quality of life, generally safe. In places like the UK or the US, you can see what extreme economic liberalization can do.

iam living here my whole life bud i know every corner or shopping park in this city so of corse, aupark is great cause u have a pretty nice park in front of it and magio beach rn where i used to have a job as bartender. I often do street workout there now in summer. Eurovea slighty mogs tho imo

Also u should try Nivy , thats basically bus station mixed with shopping park. U have whole park on rooftop where u can workout , eat and lay on comfy ass chairs and have view on a big part of city, tho eurovea is more chill
