I come from latino descent and naturally have a wider/bigger nose and i want to know if there is any way to reduce its appearance or thickness or width without a nose job etc, any tips?

Accutane is said to help reduce a bulbous nose, but surgery is the only way to fix wide nostrils.

You can try to apply a bit of Accutane there for a period of time and see if it helps, if it doesn’t help you will need surgery. Unless you are fat in that case lose facial fat.

Oh, my bad. I mixed it up with Accutane. @ellla, I meant Accutane, not Latisse. You can also try using a pea sized amount of hydrocortisone cream daily. (Use with caution)

That can happen as a side effect, yes, along with red eyes. Maybe might want to try using Volufiline to counteract those effects.
