I can take this every day but it can harm my liver but i am so relaxed all my body and head just removes the stress, very calming

Alcohol will fk my liver too much, phenibut i have to buy, melatonin ye for sleep, pregab is a low inhib agent but can be used to snooze like every other low inhib shit
