This challenge is so fucking hard dude, I average 2 hours a day of social media now, back then it used to be 6-7 hours but increased recently because I be playing white noise during my sleep and system detects its as screen time. my goal is just 30 minutes a day forever.

my friends doing that too where he deleted yt, tt, ig and hes trying to convince me but brooo it loooks crazy hard but its ipressive u def can way more done
I'm so fucking glad I never took drugs or alcohol, if quitting social media is this hard, I can't even imagine what that would be like.

social media ruined me, all the fking tiktoks about cancr and other illness made me an hypochondriac.

I play on quitting it when my school is done(we have a different calender in my country) & to minimize my phone and laptop usage by switching from my smart phone to a dumb phone & then by placing my laptop out of view normally(rather than on my desk)

You're probably the only dude on this forum who asked for advice, listened to what people had to say, actually took the time to implement it and then come back to give us updates. Good j*b man.

Hello sorry for late reply, @Randomized Shame put me on game with it, and it helped me a lot I felt more productive and my mind felt like a library as if I was like IN CONTROL finally. The reason I did it was because of ADHD and me turning 18 recently i needed to lock in and not end up a bum or a neet
