who you hang out with makes a huge difference, if you become more accepted with well liked people then you will start to take on the mannerisms of them
It all compounds because as you become more similar to the well liked people, you will become a well liked person
Ask people questions about themselves and show that you're paying attention. look in their eyes and nod a lot. dont cross your arms, instead put your hands in your pockets. open your stance and avoid messing around with our hands. Don't talk too much about yourself, but make light humor of something(not someone) around you. Tell them about a book they might be interested in, or ask them about work and what they do there.
