You’re not making the drugs from the ground up. But for example dutastride, especially in higher doses can get extremely expensive or if you live in a poor country you can’t afford it, you can just buy raw dutastride powder and make it yourself, same with ru58841, and same with other drugs.

I guess you could say drugs that can help you depending on your situation, the one im talking about takes months to get prescribed, so I researched for a diy solution and found it, otherwise it’d cost me thousands.
