Ive been going out in the sun the second i wake up everyday no phone no anything just drinking some eggs with milk and chilling under the sun for 10-15 mins. Kinda of a mood enhancer I think
Also I’m trying no blue light exposure 1 hour or 30 mins before going to bed and I’m sensing some improvement in my sleep quality also trying to get those 8 hours everyday from now on, sleep debt is real.
