I've been going to the gym for a while now, I mostly focused on machines for legs and glutes but never overly enjoyed it, even if I did the highest weight I could manage it didn't really make me sweat, I also did incline walk for cardio. I tried the stairmaster again the other day and omg I love it, but j hear people say it's bad for you? I kinda wanna focus more now on losing a bit of weight, toning my stomach and slimming my legs, but I've heard people say that stairmaster grows your legs but idk? does it help with the other 2 and is the leg thing true or should I try find something else
