i use these products from dbs (shampoo, hair food and conditioner all insider anti-frizz) while i shower, i also apply some oil to the top part IDK if that's healthy, but it prevents freezing on the top part which always happens to me.

I just get straightening treatments cause it’s too much work and looks bad the days I can’t be assed to style it. Actually they’ve made my hair healthier. Definitely would recommend if you’re just going to straighten it everyday.

yeah i've gotten keratine done before!! just can't get it often bc it's so expensive haha, what treatments do u recommend?

I’ve only ever gotten keratin but I think I’m going to try nanoplastia next. I’ll update you.
