lose weight slowly

dont go on extreme a calorie deficit in a short period of time
your have to wait till your body adapts
or it will cause loose skin + stretch marks

I didnt mean theyre disgusting on everyone i just personally wouldnt like them on me, but yeah biceps ones are really attractive

you can use stuff like bio oil. i haven’t used it in years but it works with fading stretch marks

Try to lose weight slowly thats rhe most effective way yo minimize losse skin
Make sure to stay hydrated and have a nutrient rich diet as well as moisturise your skin and maybe use bio oil if you alr have stretch marks you wanna get rid of
Theres also some skin firming products and gels but ive never used them and i havent heard of anybodies experience with them but ig its worth a shot

You can't 100% prevent it, but you're overthinking it. Just lose the weight slowly, get enough protein, and lift a bit.
You don't have to train like a gymcel or be in the gym every day—the important part is just doing it instead of doing nothing.
Losing weight without any resistance training makes loose skin more likely because you're losing muscle too.
And if you're young, your skin is way more elastic, so you're already in a much better spot than most people.
Don't let the fear of loose skin keep you overweight. Future you will thank you way more for losing the weight than for never trying.

I have a lot of loose skin post losing weight and having my daughter :-( here to follow the answers lol

Most of the recs were for stretch marks i think for loose skin youd need some procedures done either skin tightening, microneedling or laser treatments

Is it ?? I’ve heard such good things, I was going to try it out ? What are your thoughts on klow ?
Klow is cope, works in theory but these are under-researched peptides with too many cancer & tumor risks to run long-term

I have some on my arm there isnt really a big way to get rid of them naturally, you moisturise them for making them blend in more
