Atfirst i have adhd (prob autistic too) and dyscalculia while being in a low income working class family so i was prob already a smart girl and growing up I js didn’t have the tools till i got adhd meds in 7-8th grade and a dyscalculia diagnosis in 8-9th grade

- find ur learning type: visual, kinetic (ykwim?)

- find ur best study time: do you study better in the morning? Midday? Evening?

- find your memory type: do you have a photographic memory? Hearing memory (like hearing the results)? Etc (can be usefull)

- supplements that can help focus: ginko (it’s also getting sold as some memory enhancer) Omega-3 (any good fish oils) and generell eat more healthy

- some cheatcodes: our brain remembers tastes and smells the best, moving like light movements can support focus and do some hobby’s that can support brain function

- how to study: test yourself (like some online apps/programs who have the same subject you need to learn, write everything you know on a paper and what you forgot later, teach it to someone (like ai), test yourself w flashcards, write everything you need to remember on post its and then you always see ur notes
