i used it 3-5x daily for a month

stopped using it 2 weeks ago

nose still looks slightly smaller, but my diet has also been a lot better so i’m less inflamed

i would just experiment

Nose slimmed down a bit

I’m sure they are permanent but if not it’s not really a big problem to keep using it since they cost like 4$

100% temp, daily use will reduce its size down to a certain point, then once use stops it’s goes back (mines not a huge difference but u can tell in the second photo it’s much rounder and “out”
