okay so basically my dad gets mad over everything single little thing imaginable, he doesn't really show his emotions towards me that much so whenever he validates me or show any type of affection it makes me wanna cry bc I'm not used to it (not in a bad way ofc) he's always been like this so whenever he hugs me and says "I'm proud of you" it affects me so much and idk why
