Summer making me so sweaty

I go to the shower 5 times a day, as I get so sweaty rotting in my small apartment. So sad, No air conditioner, just a sad fan.

My parents place has a nice air source heat pump , I wish they'll leave for holidays again so I can rot in cool fresh air

You guys having this problem?
