I've tried some before , they give me a little rush, almost like a high. I think that effect gauges the toxicity, hypothetically, I consumed some onega-3 supplements and I did not feel a rush but i did want to consume them day after day despite not csring sbout the benefits , maybe I was deficient ? I think I just liked the rush. Ashwaghanda , which is extremely toxic when you look into the herb, all supplements are when you observe the processes to make them, although they do in fact work. Anyways ashwaghanda gave me a massive rush, I'll never take it again. I think people get too involved in the studies , muh magnesium glycinate for this , d 3 for that , calcium with vitamin D and c multivitamin because they bind together, they get all too wrapped into that. Some of them can even harm your liver , if people overdose and aren't knowledgeable about half lives , further accumulation can occur. I'd say avoid them or get from food if you have to, it's unlikely your deficient unless vegan/vegetarian/ starved
