The topic was the exact same, rising surveillance. But the angle was totalitarian tyranny, since the context was how the Chinese government is doing this.
What you were talking about, first of all, has a capitalistic angle, and is underway at the moment. Not fully done
Now imagine you have a government, all billionaires are genuinely answerable to it, and the surveillance is put forward to control you. The Chinese government doesn't even sugarcoat, they rank citizens based on how good they are through these systems.
