Serious swimming is very essential

I think it’s cope for clavicles but not cope for ribcage (higher lung capacity)
my cousins who are both females started swimming at a very young age and they have crazy wide shoulders untrained, wider than me, 19 inch bidelt untrained, i measured it.

my little brother also was swimming at a very young age, he has a great physique untrained and extremely straight and wide clavicles, but for some reason i couldnt learn swimming at a young age and also had a traumatic experience, i never swimmed in water because of that, my clavicles are decent but could be better, coincidence?? i think maybe not

yes. one friend of mine from my childhood friend group is a swimmer, and everyone from his group has god tier shoulders/body build for men. it's obviously not about every single one of them just happening to have good genetics in that aspect
