prove that there are infinitely many pairs of prime numbers that differ by exactly 2
twin prime conjecture no? there are infinitely many primes p such that p+2 is also prime, no one has proven this yet I don't think, I think it's true but still. I remember reading about Yitang zhang in 2013 about how he proved that infinitely many prime pairs exist with a gap ≤ 70 million. Then the polymath project "improved" this bound to 246

so there are infinitely many primes p,q with ∣p−q∣≤246 but we still can't prove the gap can be exactly 2 YET
