Tf is this Crossbite?narrowpalate?

You have just barely an overbite for your front teeth, but the rest of your teeth rest naturally and it's not anything worth being concerned about. I understand what you mean about the 'lines' between your teeth not aligning, and this would be a 'crossbite'.

It's not super noticeable, your teeth are straight and if you chew fine then you don't need to invest the thousands of dollars it'd take to fix this. If you are dying to get it fixed, it's something you would speak with your primary dental care team and they would refer you to an orthodontics if they thought it was necessary.
