Would you ever drop a new studying guide?
Yeah, if enough people would be looking for one. I'm not sure exactly what I'd talk about though, I'd prefer to write guide on increasing general cognitive function, I've got some ideas.

I'd enjoy that as well, and I'm sure others would too. I've been having awful brain fog recently as well. I think I have damaged my mind from long-term sleep deprivation, do you think this is something I can successfully recover from?

Pinning testosterone really helps with brain fog. It's an extreme option. Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors are also great for improving your overall acetylcholine levels, which helps with memory formation and attention.

If it's due to sleep, I'd guess that your adenosine and GABA levels are fucked up. Obviously, get better sleep, that'll fix the adenosine levels. Gabapentin or some other gabapentinoids will fix your GABA levels. Sleep according to your circadian rhythm, and limit oxidative stress for a while (eat surplus protein, eat a lot of antioxidants).

Fruits which are high in vitamins. Oranges -> vitamin C, Carrots -> vitamin A, Avocado -> Vitamin E. Also take two Brazil nuts a day, insane amount of selenium. Selenium is a big cofactor for antioxidant enzymes like GPx.
