I don’t think this sodium-potassium ratio does anything
For regular people just increasing your water intake already gets rid of water retention
If you’re bloated 24/7 then you should try finding a proper solution
What does your diet consist of on a daily basis?

Water is stored into the muscular fibers by glycogen
This will be difficult to explain but in short
The more water you drink the more of your water weight is peed out
