One of the easiest ways to ascend as a female is

having an objectively hot body.

For most this means:

  1. A BMI on the lower/average threshold of 17-20
  2. WHR ratio of 0.6-0.7
  3. Round ass/hips


Having all three will ascend you greatly in the eyes of men - most guys would date a “butterface”. A man would rather pick a MTB with an extremely hot body over a MTB with an average body.

what if i want the illusion of smaller waist but don’t want broad shoulders/larger upper body

i’ve heard waist trainers might work

and for those who say just work out, i have a rectangular body shape so no matter what my waist wont be super tiny

I am aiming to post high quality threads and information I have gathered from my observations and other looksmaxxing forums/sites to help other fellow females here. This means a lot and I hope everyone learns something new eventually.

The rectangle body shape is quite common for females do not worry. If you have a low BMI which is why I stressed the importance of it first, then you will not have the look of “broad upper shoulders”

Also it is worth mentioning that whatever body you will have post 3 months of working out will be much more desirable than the body you have currently.

Regarding waist trainers, I personally think it is cope but it wouldn’t hurt to try. I might buy one and see if there are results for you all. 💕

the main issue is that is want the fat in my glutes and quads to stay, but the rest of my body to get lean
 
Instead of generic waist trainers I recommend using the sweet sweat waistband-thingy and do a lot of cardio

It actually shaved 3 inches off my waist

is there an issue if ive already been going to the gym? since i am an active person(i play volleyball so it requires me to do regular conditioning/weightlifting).

It is perfectly fine that you go gym already and play sports, honestly makes it easier for you since you are burning calories which = can eat more than the average woman on a calorie deficit.

I lost weight from the cardio in general but noticed a lot more in my waist
Hmmm, this could just be your body just genetically predisposed to losing weight in the midsection first since spot removing fat is virtually impossible no matter what gimmick.
There are better methods for a smaller waist/flat stomach.

That’s true but I had done cardio before and never lost my stomach fat like I did when I used the sweat band

But it also is prob placebo bc I had full belief it would work
