The Body Halo.
One of the easiest ways to ascend as a female is
having an objectively hot body.
For most this means:
Having all three will ascend you greatly in the eyes of men - most guys would date a “butterface”. A man would rather pick a MTB with an extremely hot body over a MTB with an average body.
LOW BMI =
TO LOOKING MORE ATTRACTIVE
Generally, the consensus is that the ideal BMI for a woman is between 20-24, but I disagree.
Most models are between BMI 16-18 and have virtually no face fat and a good body.

Candice Swanepoel who has a BMI of 17.7, she has the ideal body. Good curves yet still thin enough to wear whatever she likes.
HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT:
Getting to a low BMI is quite hard and unorthodox methods could be used but I will give some simple tips.
You must learn to love the feeling of hunger if you wish to lose weight.
Now you could lose weight and have a low BMI but this doesn’t mean you have a 10/10 body yet. The second most important factor into having an objectively hot body is the WHR ratio.
WAIST TO HIP RATIO = EVERYTHING
For women its seen as desirable and the most healthy to have a low WHR between 0.6-0.7. Studies have consistently shown men rate women with a WHR of 0.6-0.7 as the most attractive, as they are seen as the most fertile, youthful, and feminine.

Now, it is nearly impossible to change your WHR without weight-loss or having good genetics. There are methods like rib removal, freezing fat cells, waist training etc etc. but I wouldn’t put that much focus on it and most do not work.
You can also fraud the appearance of a smaller waist by working out your upper body 2x a week. I might post a gym routine for this.
ROUND ASS/HIPS
You need a gym membership. If you do not have one, get it. A simple investment that will pay off greatly. Now that you are at a low BMI, you need to get a “womanly shape”.
This is done by going to the gym 4x a week and eating the correct amount of protein.
General consensus is to consume (0.8g x bodyweight in lbs). At this point, it is optimal to eat at maintenance but a bulk/cut cycle will also work.

- Quit Sugar - If you have not done this already, are you even trying to ascend?
- Calorie Deficit
- Drinking water whenever you are hungry.
