Over the past week I had a pretty hard downswing and I quit a couple of substances (nicotine+ others) + other mental breakdowns. I've recovered and was blessed with new opportunities as I healed as if I was rewarded for the way that I endured those hardships.

I learned that if you stay positive and see the good things, that the bad things that happened to you will seem insignificant and that you'll grow as a person. I've decided the forgive those who have wronged me and to forget the pain I felt. Being resentful will just make you like the people you don't want to be so it's better to turn the page and move on.

Idk this post isn't flashy or motivational but maybe you can take something out of it. Everyone makes mistakes and sometimes when you get tested it will hurt. Trial by fire and pain promotes growth at times. Hang in there if you're feeling down and stay true to your values no matter what.

Everything is gonna be alright brothers.
