I think the one thing holding me back when it comes to looksmaxxing, is determining what kind of beauty I like. Here in this community, people tend to praise women with very sharp and a few masculine features here and there. Straight thick brows or a wider jaw and so on and so on.

Then regular people tend to glamourize the more soft and hyperfeminine, arched thin brows, thick pouty lips a button nose. I just don't know which one I should fully go for. A more intimidating look, or something extremely soft and feminine.

I've had people tell me "Just try and figure out what works for your face" I don't want to, I don't ever want to look in the mirror 10 years from now and see remnants of my old face. I think it all boils down to the male gaze and female gaze. But even that doesnt make sense because within looksmaxxing males lean towards masculine women and women lean towards hyperfeminine men. There's no balance.

Maybe I should just do what every ig model does. Filler, rhino. Face lift and call it a day.

I mean it’s not a charecter select screen if u have a more masculine facial features ur gonna lean towards the top row, more feminine than the bottom unless u get surgery both are appealing even tho the top ones have the model appeal

fogs the whole thread to the gutter except for a few models

I wanna model so i'll pick top simple
if you havent been told you look like a model since you were 14, likened to one, or asked if u were one by random strangers let alone SCOUTED u will never be one. its more competitive than EVERY SINGLE SPORT.

ive been scouted by a local agency while working retail and been offered to be flown out to new york by someone affiliated with img. he had >200k followers and i had 200. he told me no when he found out i was underage (actual decent chap). nearly everyday week working retail been told my face should be on a magazine or some other shit. let alone general compliments.

i said NO because I KNOW it is a dead end. you truly just want the status not the career. just fashionmax or become an influencer. even the top models have been r***d and abused by higher ups. almost all actually. i tried as hard as i can to stay away from those people.

I feel the same way. I figured that men will prefer the more feminine and natural look irl
