The Japanese have a very good comprehension of stress. They limit exercise, and it isn't a common activity. However, the mental stress the Japanese exert on themselves is just as bad. Although they still have the longest lifespan on average worldwide because of other healthful actions (fermented food consumption, some meats, low physical strain), their work ethic is catastrophically bad for their health. You would think since they have some of the other stuff figured out that they would have managed to patch the slave system so that people could be healthy fully but you would be wrong.
