But we will talk about aceleracionism and the hidden memetic strategy.
I am apolitical. I don't try to participate or to support any political side. I like to learn about it but take no causes.
From a Hegelian read of history, human kind would increasingly acquire more liberty and power for the masses, and that translates to the notion that every social system fundamentally have in itself the causes for its downfall and the birth of the next more liberty system that proceeds it.
From that believe, it were hypothesized that the next step of freedom after our current capitalist system would be a communist one. (For the communist theorizes)

From that, some communist theorizes created the notion that instead of trying to immediately impose socialism, they should increase the rate in which capitalism evolves, specially the bad aspects that would produce a reaction from society for the promised socialism.
So there are hardcore socialists acting as super capitalists.
Those are the called left acelerationists.
Trotsky, Lenin, Stalin and Gramsci wrote papers developing a philosophy very organized based partially on controlling history. One of Gramsci ideas were to implement a culture that would promote socialism in educational and entertainment institutions so that the cultural bases of capitalism were demolished and the socialist movements were increased in the mass of society. Those guys were very serious about that and many political groups were part of implementing this strategy, becoming professors and journalists.
At the other side of the coin, there were also a extremist fascist writer who proposed something similar but to produce fascism.
Instead of saying that they should control the educational and entertainment institutions, the alt right would promote unsuspectable fragmented pieces of culture distantly from one another that would be memetic shared on distant parts of the culture and, once mixed together by the public, would produce in movements of organic fascism.
This group is more hided and secretive then the socialists. And part of looksmaxing theory may had been contributed by them, even if the information is partially true.
A part of acelerationists of the right believe that the alt left policies produce a future of reactionary policies. So a socialist state would produce a future hard capitalism, a super sexual freedom would produce reactionary marriage policies... And so they support the left movement, specially it's radical and most impactful acts.
Both of those left and right groups produced texts talking about it. If you search for Gramsci or Trotsky text about revolution, you will see it is real.
I don't remember the original counterpart of them: the right wing guy theorist. But if you search enough, you will find them all.
Once you learn that those groups exist and that they are acting right now on different parts of society, media becomes different for us as we understand that we are partially influencer by those ideas spread by those groups. Be careful.
