this is insane tbh i know how misreable i will be if i continue like this idk why i dont have any desire to change. i prob shouldn't share this but a few years back i got raided by fbi and they took all my shit so i was on a dopamine detox basically for a few weeks and i was ldar the whole time it was so bad i didnt even brush my teeth
