[Theory] Guys date UP more often than not

Not based on percentages per se but based on actual looks, dimorphism, etc

The average fit (the definition in this case is not-fat) girl has decent boobs, a nice round-ish ass and a decent hip/waist ratio. She is fuckable to most guys and has a decent amount of appeal. Due to girls retaining neoteny she will look cute post-puberty. The average fit guy however will be err on the side of ugly just because so much can go wrong during puberty with all of that extra HGH. Not to mention the slightest of facial flaws ruin a dudes looks but might look okay on a girl. Guys need BONES, and not very many guys actually have nice bones (facial or bodily).

A big contributor to this are soft diets, lack of vitamin D due to the internet + gaming, xenoestrogens, etc. Many of the environmental factors that contribute to bone mass have been affected currently while on the flip side, females have been helped out looks wise.

Then, you add makeup and it's game, set, match. So if I ever hear on here again "Girls date up at least 1-2 points... srssss duuuuuude" I'm gonna lol in your face

I agree, both genders date up. That doesn’t justify hypergamy though.
