here you always get 100% of your tuition, but how much you get to your bank for necessities is depending on your parents tax bracket. I get just enough to cover the train costs so i’m not complaining, it sucks that the goverment assumes your family pays for everything lol majority of people who have money had to earn it and therefore they don’t hand out everything to their kids as they want their kids to learn the value of it
