You can train your masseter muscles for a more square shaped face, but that doesn't look good on people with no zygos. You are gonna need surgery if you dont got them (implants etc). Please click the 0 to the right of my message if it helped!

You won't like to hear this, but at that age, there is nothing that can be done without surgery to make noticeable changes to a narrow face.

For a thin face, I recommend looking into either facial implants or fillers. Both are meant to bring more volume to the face, in your case, bring more width.

For a narrow palate, visit an orthodontist, hopefully you will be treated with a palate expander.
