My Biological Dad owns a Tattoo parlor down there and apparently him and my sister were talking about how he may need an apprentice eventually.

Work currently isn't the best, only making 10$/HR and having to walk an hour to and fro and I'm expected of too much, I mean I legitimately got pulled over by a cop the other day when it was 95' degrees and he said to not walk on the road as much when I live on a highway? no sidewalks... ?
Didn't even bother hearing me out before he sped off.

Where I'm at currently I see it as a dead-end without opportunities

But in Florida it would be entirely a brand new slate, a brand new reputation, brand new people, and importantly a career and not a dead end job.

I would have to leave all my friends and family behind during the time, but most are already left for college anyway, I could always visit and if worst comes to worst, nothing will happen anyway.
