More or less. u just dont make much effort (4 rir + Its a lot )
It only adapts to the weight, unlike hypertrophy which requires constant progression
I was also thinking of something to keep me out of the house longer

17inch biceps buddy, Im looking to reduce them. Proportional forearms r law.
And leg training is gay asf. Deadlifting is funnier
