I told them myself, although two people were aware. And I became a staff member because I was recommended. Uh, well, on .org, we mainly look at your past behavior, your current activity, et cetera. I think if you were not a troublesome user then you will stand a better change of being accepted as a moderator.

Techno and I are not necessarily responsible for who gets picked. It is you personally who is mostly responsible, based on past and current behavior. You should write why you think you would be a good fit for the team, and highlight your positive attributes!
